The item to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. We would like to inform you that custom-made, bespoke, and specially sized products are not eligible for a return or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. For such orders, we urge you to carefully review all details before final confirmation. Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
